Code of Conduct for IC3 Members

 

Welcome to IC3! As a member of our community, you play a vital role in fostering a positive, respectful, and supportive environment. To ensure a productive and enriching experience for all, we ask that you adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Respect and Inclusivity

1.1. Treat all members, staff, and contributors with respect, regardless of their background, beliefs, or opinions.
1.2. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
1.3. Foster a culture of inclusivity where everyone feels welcome and valued.

 

2. Professionalism and Integrity

2.1. Represent yourself honestly when interacting with other members and IC3 staff.
2.2. Refrain from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
2.3. Use IC3 resources, content, and tools responsibly and only for their intended purposes.

 

3. Responsible Use of Content

3.1. Respect IC3’s intellectual property by not copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission.
3.2. When using shared resources or content, properly credit the source if applicable.
3.3. Do not upload or share copyrighted materials that you do not own or have the right to use.

 

4. Constructive Communication

4.1. Engage in discussions and interactions in a constructive and professional manner.
4.2. Avoid personal attacks, inflammatory language, or disruptive behavior in forums, messages, or any communication channels.
4.3. Report any harmful or inappropriate content or behavior to IC3 support at info@copingandcontinuity.com

 

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

5.1. Protect the privacy and personal information of other members and staff.
5.2. Do not share or disclose private information obtained through IC3 without explicit consent.
5.3. Respect confidentiality agreements and avoid discussing sensitive information in public forums.

 

6. Fair Participation

6.1. Use IC3 services and tools in good faith and for their intended purposes.
6.2. Refrain from activities that could disrupt or harm the IC3 platform, such as spamming or unauthorized access.
6.3. Respect the time and effort of other members by being punctual, prepared, and committed to collaborative activities.

 

7. Consequences of Misconduct

7.1. IC3 reserves the right to review and address any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct.
7.2. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
7.3. Decisions regarding misconduct are at the sole discretion of IC3 and are final.

 

8. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report them promptly to IC3 support at:

9. Updates to the Code of Conduct

IC3 reserves the right to update or modify this Code of Conduct as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.
